What to Do if You’re Not Satisfied with a Service

Reach out to the freelancer via the chat feature to express your concerns and seek clarification.  Often, clear communication can resolve misunderstandings or lead to revisions.  

  • Report the issue

Navigate to the Order section on your dashboard.  Select the specific order and click on Report Issue to lodge a formal complaint.  

  • Provide Supporting Evidence

Share screenshots, documents, or specific examples of why the service did not meet expectations.  Be clear about the issue to help NIYA’s resolution team understand your case.  

  • Work with the Resolution Team

NIYA’s team will review the evidence and mediate between you and the freelancer to find a fair solution.  

  • Work with the Resolution Team

Always set clear expectations and milestones before starting a project to minimize disputes.
