✅ Step 1: Complete Your Course
Make sure you’ve gone through all the modules and reached 100% course completion. Certificates are only awarded when all lessons, quizzes, and assignments (if any) are fully completed.
Step 2: Locate the Certificate Button
Go back to the course page where you completed your training. Look for the “Certificate” button and click it.
Then select “View Certificate” to see your achievement.
Note: If you see a "Course Certificate Not Achieved" message, Kindly reload the page once more
Click on the "Show" button to download your certificate
Step 3: View All Your Certificates
Want to see all the certificates you’ve earned?
Go to your Dashboard, Click on “Certificates”
Choose “Completion Certificates”
