How to Deliver an Order on NiYA Gigs

Once you’ve completed the work for your client, it's time to deliver your order. To deliver your order on NiYA Gigs, follow these steps:

  1. Log In to Your Account: Go to the NiYA Gigs website and log in to your freelancer account.
  2. Access Your Orders: Navigate to the Orders page to view all your orders. Here, you’ll find a list of active and completed orders.
  3. Upload Your Work: Click Upload work to attach the file(s) you are delivering. A single file can be up to 5GB. If no file is attached, you’ll be prompted to confirm that nothing is being delivered.
  4. Provide Delivery Description: Under Describe your delivery in detail, write a brief description of your work and what the client can expect. Then, click Deliver work to complete the process.

Order Status: "Completed"

Once you’ve clicked Deliver work, the status of your order will be updated to Completed once the buyer accepts the delivery. If the buyer does not accept or reject your delivery within three days after the due date, the order will automatically be marked as Completed.

What to Do If a Buyer Isn’t Satisfied With the Delivery

If your client is not satisfied with the work and requests changes, you can modify the delivery and resend it:

Troubleshooting

If you run into any issues while delivering your order, such as large file sizes or technical problems:

  1. Large File Sizes: If your file is too large to upload directly, you can use alternative methods, like providing a Dropbox link or another cloud storage solution.
  2. Technical Errors: If you encounter any other issues, contact NiYA Gigs Customer Support using the Contact us tab for assistance.

Remember that your order status will only change to Completed once the buyer accepts your delivery, and your payment will be processed shortly afterward. For more details on order statuses, refer to What does my order status mean?
