  2. Direct Communication: Both parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through clear and respectful communication.
  3. Mediation Support: If direct communication does not lead to resolution, NIYA’s mediation team is available to assist in facilitating an unbiased discussion to find a fair outcome.
  4. Feedback Guidelines: Feedback provided should be specific, relevant, and free from personal attacks. NIYA reserves the right to remove feedback that violates these guidelines.
